的主要目的在建立系統化、同步化之射出成形產品之設計方法及程序,並
以此提一能將產品品質、可製性等因素加以考慮之同步工程環境之電腦輔
助射出成形產品設計架構。並在此一架構下開發一電腦輔助射出成形產品
設計系統,以幫助射出成形產品設計之合理化、同步化、並加速達成自動
化之目標,以提昇產品之設計效率與品質、並降低成本。
AbstractConventionally, product and process development activities
were performed separately and sequentially by designers and
engineers with different responsibilities and expertise. Due to
lack of communication among the development activities, a
product may be designed quite sophistically but not
manufacturable or too costly. In recent years, the concept of
concurrent engineering has been proposed to overcome this
problem by resolving all life cycle issues at the early design
and current computer-aided design.
The objective of this research is to develop a systematic and
concurrent injection molding product design methodology and
procedure that enable the practice of concurrent product design.
A computer-based concurrent injection molding product design
framework is then proposed based on this methodology. According
to this framework, a feature-based design for injection molding
system is developed using knowledge-based approach and object-
oriented methodology. This system provides a feature-based
injection molding product design tool and a moldability
assessment tool to help the concurrent consideration of product
quality and manufacturability in product design. The results of
this research will facilitate the rationalization,
concurrentization and computerization of product design and
consequently improve the effectiveness of product and process
